I have a request id/number (i.e. REQ0010152), and I need to be able to download an attachment

I have a service catelog item and an assocatiated flow that is using the Ansible spoke to call an Ansible workflow template that updates a web firewall with a certificate.  As part of the service ordering process, I attach a certificate that I need to be able to get to complete the Ansible workflow.  I'm passing the request ticket number to my Ansible workflow.  How can I, starting with the req number, download the attachment via the API?
