I Have an requirement for ITSM

* Create an Group, Assign any role.
* Create two buttons (if want) Upgrade priority and Degrade priority.

* If it is considered as a Major Incident (P1, P2), then the user who has that role can be able to change the priority if wants (User will be able to make change for 20mnts only). Post 20mnts Priority field will get Locked.

* For P3 & P4, user can change the priority at any time.
* If user want to change the priority post 20mnts, make a button Ask For Approval, approval will get sent to grp member and it will unlock for next 20mnts
* 'Next Update' field will be there( date/time). Time Tracking for priority.

* Post 20mnts, and if it is Major Incident, then 2 buttons need to create (send the MIM update button and the next update).

* Post click on send the MIM update button, email will get send to the user. (saying that its a major incident).
Next Update field (will show the future time), and a notification needs to send to user to remind that If you still want to update the major incidents priority or not. Notification need to send before 20mnts of the set time in Next Update field.
