Hi Community,

User has raised below concern :

I have received an email that I have a request awaiting my approval, but I cannot see it in Interact Portal
Interacrt Portal not showing awaiting approvals

I have a test ticket awaiting my approval open currently - RITM0100577. I still cannot see it in Interact Portal, but I did receive an email that it's there.

Kindly review the above screenshot and advise troubleshooting steps?

I would recommend against posting screenshots with real email addresses and names visible

it looks to be a custom portal.

Did you check all the configs are fine?

Grant approver_user role to the approver and verify ESC portal widget does check for the role
