I lost admin access for my PDI instance how can i get back admin role

I lost my admin access for PDI instance, During some testing purpose i removed roles for my self
Now i can i get back admin role for m pdi instance... can anyone please help me on this

Hi there,
Thats why its a best practice to NOT work under the admin user though create your own user, so you always have a backdoor. Unfortunately now... your lost. Since ServiceNow does provide any support for PDIs, your only option is to wipe the instance or request a new one.
Unless, you perhaps have a different admin user (assume not, else you wouldn't have asked) or an integration user with admin role (with which you could repair your roles through API).
