Hi - I dont see my instance when i login today . It is asking to request instance & when I tried with direct URL  - it says user name / password is wrong  ( User name or password invalid. To reset your admin password click here. Please note this is different than the credentials used to sign in to the Developer Site. )

Hi @BineshB 

 

The ServiceNow-provided admin credentials differs from one instance to another.

 

You can reset the admin password through the Developer Portal to keep it consistent across instances and make it easier to remember.
