I have 2 forms (user and support) both have the impacted service option, the problem is, I want that, as soon as the user submits the ticket, he cannot change the impacted service, ONLY support can change.
The problem is that I'm not able to do this, and the way I had done it ended up applying to both of them, and I want this condition to be applied only to the user, does anyone have an idea or know how to do this??

It doesn't work, I have to allow the user to choose while creating the ticket, after he submits the ticket he doesn't edit it, only support can edit it, and because acl was more of a hindrance than a help, as not even the groups that have the support role could edit
