I have a Requirement like I want list of incidents that are opened on today as soon as I hit on link it automatically downloaded in system.

How can i download it plz help.

Hi @Ankit Kumar6 ,

You would need to create a standard list view report for this, Apply necessary filters as ''Created'' on ''Today'' and Necessary conditions for the reports. Once the report is generated you can see a menu on top right near 'Save' button  called ''Sharing'' > Export to PDF''.

This will let you export to pdf of send the report in email.

through report I can do, but I want a link once the user clicks the link it will start downloading and it contain all the incident created today.

You can form an URL and once clicked you can download the file.
