You have successfully created a Teams chat room from an incident.

 

Consultation
I want to do the following, but it is not working.
When there is a change in the activity of an incident ticket, I want to send a progress chat to the person who inquired about the incident.
How should I set this up?
Please let me know if you have any knowledge that would be helpful.
