Identify where a specific spoke is used in Flow Designer

I'm planning to replace the Microsoft AD Spoke with the Microsoft Active Directory v2 Spoke, 

is there an easy way to identify where a particular spoke is use, or do I have to manually review each Flow and Subflow to find this?

Try searching sys_hub_action_instance table.

I have the same issue. I need to know in which flow we're using an Azure AD action.

Querying this table you'll have the action name and the flow name.
