Images in widget load slowly sometimes in Employee Center

I have uploaded 2 image on homepage of Employee Center Pro portal. But when the page loads or when we click on the Home button, The images taking time to load.

I have also cleared the cache and tried but again it is taking time to load.

Is there any other option to make the images sticky on the widget or can we reduce the time to load the images?

The issue might be because of customizations applied to the mega menu widget.

have you also considered reducing the size of the images?

If the issue persisits, I would suggest creating Hi Support case with ServiceNow. They'll list out the reasons for slow loading.
