Impact

My impact doesn't show up unless the category is software. I created a new UI that the condition is category is anything. Impact should be visible. Yet this hasn't helped. Can someone guide me please.

@AtifS Deactivate the UI Policy where the condition is "Category is software".

Hi @AtifS ,

try disabling this ui policy - My impact doesn't show up unless the category is software.

and keep the new ui policy active and check. - new UI that the condition is category is anything.

I never made a UI policy: My impact doesn’t show up unless it’s category

Hi @AtifS ,

have you verified if any other UI policy / client script etc. are making your impact not visible?

I tried looking into that but haven't found any other policy that would do that. The closest would be if state is in cancellation make impact read-only

First check the other UI policies didnt put an impact, also make the filter condition like, Category is not Software and under ui action mark visible uncheck. Make sure reverse if false is checked.
