Import set table not populating when importing from data source with excel file

Hi

I am fairly new to the concept of loading data into import set tables. I have though worked with transform maps etc before.

I am facing an issue where I cannot load data from a data source with an excel file attached.

Below is my data source record:

When I click "load all records" the import reports a success but nothing is imported to the import set table, see below:

There is no entries in the import log

Below is the result from the import set:

I am reasonably sure that column headers in excel sheet match the fields in the import set table (there are 2 new columns in the excel file but those should just be added in the table as I understand)

I have tried playing around with the content of the file, formatting columns as "general" or "text", inserting a table etc but I cannot get it to work.

I have searched but cannot find a question/solution that fits my issue.

I think that I have tried all that comes to MY mind 🙂 and still it does not work.

Can someone point me in a direction to where I can troubleshoot next.

BTW we are on Washington Patch 3 hotfix1

Søren

Hi @s_renjarnbo

I tried loading the data with the file you have attached there seems to be some formatting issue that is not recognized by the system i copied the same data over to a new Excel and the data was imported successfully.

You want us to help you, but don't provide the Excel file and the Transform Map configurations. How should this work?

Hi Maik

Sorry - I have attached a cut down version of the excel sheet as it is today.

I am not sure why the transform map configuration is important. For now I just want the data to be loaded to the import set table. The rest I think I can manage.

BTW here is a picture of the import set table:
