In csm I have published the topics but still i am not getting that topic reflected in agent chat.

I have published the topics in virtual agent designer but still the topics are not visible in chat. could you please help me out regarding this issue?

@Narayana Swamy  Could you please check if these options are turned on?

(Or) Navigate go to this sys_cs_topic table and check your topic if its setTopic visible field is set to false, If so, set it to "True".
