In Notification how to get History of work notes in incident

Hi All,

 

I have requirement how to get history of work notes in incident. we should want to display all work notes in the Notifications which are mentioned in the incident.

Notification is triggering when work notes changes due to that in that requirement is as per mention above.

Just imagine an incident open for last 5 days and at least 20 times it got updated from in between teams, sending previous notes dont make sense. also practically no one read if logs are 2-3 time old. 

 

So better send the latest logs only, also it will be like repation for old members to get big emails.
