In SOW, can "Create Incident" UI action redirect to "Related records" tab in Incident form

Hi Rajini,
You can add related list to the REQ form.
Right click on the form header --> Configure--> Related Lists and select 'Interaction Related Record->Task' and save the configuration.

No, it is not that. There is a Create Incident UI Action on the SOW Details. When you click that it creates an incident and stays on the details tab. I am looking for it to open the Related records tab so Agent can see the incident#.

For thsi,
Go to native view of interaction
Change the view to SOW
Right click on context menu -- related list - Add which list you want to do.
