I have two custom scoped applications. I created an inbound email action for one to create a new ticket for inbound emails and I created a flow designer with a trigger as an inbound email to create a new ticket for the other application.
The flow designer inbound email action does not have a condition or reply to the table. The inbound email action has a condition to check who the recipient is. When I send an email to the recipient for the inbound email action which is part of another scoped application the flow designer trigger gets triggered which is fine but no incident ticket is created by the inbound email action that checks the condition.
Is there some rule in ServiceNow that won't run Inbound email actions if a flow designer with a trigger for inbound email actions is running?
