check in email account
What is from address, once a user send email to that address only then inbound email action will work.

Hello,
so based on what you are saying that I have to create an email account record in ServiceNow and fill out the from that your circled with the email account that I specified earlier and then I assume keep in my inbound email account action the condition recipient is ("from_email_account")
then it will only trigger that inbound email action when someone emails from Outlook to that account?
So the reason the email logs is not logging the emails is because it does not exist in servicenow?

Yes, when we want SN handle any email, we need to set up the SMTP and POP3 account in SN and then we can use that. This is what i asked at 1st place.
These video will provide you same.
