Redirecting to old PDI on click of start building and but I was provided with new PDI

Hi,

I used a have PDI with instance name "dev84083", I have a mail saying that my PDI instance has been released as part of moving the PDI's to new datacenter. I have requested a new PDI instance, I got a new instance with name "dev223109".

 

Now, when I am click on Start building button it is redirecting to old PDI (dev84083). When I check manage instance password it shows a new PDI information and click on instance URL on this page takes me to new PDI.

Please help how to fix this issue.

This is something known issue at them moment and it is happening with many other as well. There is no support available for PDI 😞

 

May be I can request wait for 1/2 days, as SN is moving PDI to new data center and post that issue may get resolved. Till the time if you try login with new / old password which work for you please use.
