Service Portal Approval Menus Creation

Hi All,
I have a requirement that in service portal that to create a new menu called "Renewal", that particular menu has to be visible to users manager only. I have created a custom table which contains a field called access end date. So when user raise a request and he fills the access end date. When the access end date is going to expire before 10 days the request needs to be visible in the Renewal menu for renew with two UI Action called Renew or Reject. After approver validated the request one custom field called new expiry date needs to be filled by the approver with his comments as mandatory.
Any input in this requirement would be much appreciated!!

In SP , we have menu option called Approval, which only visible to user who are having approval role,. you may check that OOTB and build you code.
