can any one please help me here with this requirement .

Requirement - Need list of incidents where in priorities has been changed in the past . 

can anyone please provide detailed steps with screenshots for better understanding.

I request you to please provide steps screenshot for quick resolution .

1. Create a Metric by navigating to Metrics --> Definitions --> New

2. Create a New Report by navigating to Reports --> View / Run --> Create Report

Try changing priority for some incidents and run the report. You will get the list of incidents for which priority has changed.

Thank you so much for your help 

As per your steps , i have tried create .

for this incident 

I have changed the priority, P4 to P3  

But in the report how to know 

Old Priority to newly changed priority 

In that list there some incidents , Priority not at all changed .but still showing in report . How it is possible .

Please help me here if i missed anything here . @Amit Verma
