Incident Contextual Search - Attach button to display custom message

In the contextual search of an Incident, when the attach button is selected, I would like to display a custom message at the top of the page or alert a custom message. How do I do it?

Thanks @Dr Atul G- LNG I have the attach button showing up in the contextual search. But I want to display a message on click of the attach button that alerts the user that its going to be attached to the incident. https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0827723 shows how to attach but I want to display  a message and I am trying to find how to do that.

I tried adding in this UI Action visibility but it doesn't alert the message.
