Incident Contextual Search - Attach button to display custom message

In the contextual search of an Incident, when the attach button is selected, I would like to display a custom message at the top of the page or alert a custom message. How do I do it?

But when after I configured the attach button to show in the contextual search results, I see a message at the top (as in the screenshot) attached. Is there any way to configure this message. I checked in Sys_properties but I cannot seem to find where to customize this message.
