Question 1) receive a notification that an Incident has been raised on my behalf.
An email should be sent based on the following criteria:
The email should be sent to:
The individual named in the Caller field
The email should be sent when:
The Incident is first created
The subject of the email should be:
Incident INC00100101 has been opened for you
The notification should have the following body text:
INC0000001 - Short description
An Incident has been opened for you.

Take me to the Incident (link)
