Hi,
I have an insights button in my platform analytics dashboard but it shows nothing actually. What is the actual function of this button and if it does not work can we hide that button?
Is there any way that we can hide it for one dashboard?

The solution has already been given. You need to turn it off on Dashboard level. If you can't, reach out to Support, because then there is an issue with the platform. There isn't another way to inactivate it.
