Has anyone tried installing Universal Task on a PDI?
I have a Vancouver PDI, and the plugin appears to install successfully but there are critical components missing such as the sn_uni_task.admin role you need to configure it.
Is there something I'm missing or is there a dependency not listed anywhere?
Thanks,
Charlotte

I've worked it out - logout and log back in sorted it. The roles were not showing in the roles table, or against ACLs straight after Plugin install, the records were just blank.

Hello,
The roles probably are installed but you may not be having access to view it. One way to see the roles is go to the table:- sys_user_has_role and in role search for sn_uni_task.admin
The url for the role on PDI is below:-
https://devxxxxxx.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sys_user_role.do?sys_id=b700d817533110103a80ddeeff7b...
