I created an instance last week. App Engine Studio and Creator Studio cannot be found (per the screenshot). Both App Engine Studio and Creator Studio show as "Installed", I am using the admin role, and neither are showing up in plug-ins. Today, I reset the instance and am having the same problem. I don't know what to do.
* I posted this on Friday, but it completely disappeared.

Anyone actually seen this with non-PDI or non-Cloud (self-hosted)?

I solved this issue in my instance searching for :
System definition > Plugins > and tiping: app engine studio.
Then, when it loaded, I opened the App Engine Studio option and updated my product.
If you don't have it installed, you can install it using this path too.
Also, if everything is installed, it's worth to check out if you're an admin.
