instance not waking from hibernation.

My instance(dev182139) is not waking from hibernation.

 

I had the same problem last week on an old instance.
I released the old instance and got a new one(dev182139), but now the same problem occurred again.

 

Please resolve this issue.

Hi @Toshiro Ariga ,

 

As you maybe also heard the last time where you old instance wouldn't come out of hibernation, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs. Hence you're limited to two options:

 

  1. Wait - it should be available after some time (it can take days)
  2. if you get tired of waiting, then the only option is to release your instance and request a fresh installation.

I have got the same hibernating problem in my old instance. Hence, I've created a new instance and again I'm facing the same hibernation problem in the new instance as well. Requesting guidance please.
