Dear Expert.
I have no knowledge of ServiceNow and Teams integration.
Please tell us.
Background.
Currently, ServiceNow sends email notifications to the applicant's email address regarding the acceptance and progress of requests, subject to the status of catalog items, etc., as a function of ITSM.
Since Teams is more popular these days as a collaboration tool, we have received requests from employee users to send notifications to Teams as well.
Therefore, we installed the Virtual Agent application on Teams today.
â–¼Knowledge that we used as a reference for the setup

Question.
I would like ServiceNow to send a notification to the applicant's Teams account similar to an email.
Please let me know if there is any knowledge that would be helpful.
â–¼Supplementation.
We have not yet used virtual agents in our business.
Therefore, we have not made any original settings for virtual agents.
We would also like to know if we need to configure the settings in the virtual agent designer.
Thank you in advance.

If you are still a beginner, I would suggest starting with NowLearning and Docs, just to get an understanding of integration between ServiceNow and Microsoft (Teams). Getting to know this will help you in setting up a good integration.
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.
