Integrate Alert (u_alert) Table to PagerDuty

Hi Everyone,

I have requirement to integrate Alert (u_alert) Table to the PagerDuty. When an alert record is created in ServiceNow, it will sync also to the PagerDuty.  Can you please share how can we achieve this? Thank you very much.

PS. I have already run through the documentation of PagerDuty but I cant seem to find how to configure using the Alert table.

Can you share more insight on what the business requirement is ? I do not get '' it will sync also to the PagerDuty'' what does it mean ?

 

Do you want to push alert table data to pager duty ? if yes what are your conditons of alert ?

Firstly, why you want a Custom table called "u_alert" to be synced with Pagerduty with the help of integration?
