Integration between SN and Salesforce - IntegrationHUB

Hello everyone.

I am currently working on integration between SN and Salesforce using IntegrationHUB. Everything that I had done so far was based on the SN documentation.

Set up the Salesforce spoke - IntegrationHUB

Unfortunately, I got stuck on this point - Create credential records for the Salesforce spoke. When trying to get OAuth Token I get the following message:

OAuth flow failed. Verify the configurations and try again. Error detail: invalid_grant, user hasn't approved this consumer

Has anyone encountered a similar problem? Below I am attaching screenshots from SN and Salesforce instances. Maybe you'll see something that I can't

Maybe some of you know a way to check where the error is?

Hello Siva Kalyan Chatakonda,

Currently, we are working on the integration requirement which includes the use of Salesforce spoke. Even, we have observed the same issue of invali_client, invalid client credentials ( the same issue you have stated and we have reffered the same servicenow document for the reference.)

Can you please let me know if you have resolved the issue. Also, it could be great if you please assist on the additional information on the procedure to solve the issue.

Thanks. Appreciating you time for reading.

Regards,

Rutvik.
