integration HUB Plugin activation issue

I need to activate integration HUB Plugin in my PDI for FLOW Designer, I can't able to find the Plugin when I check in my PDI Plugin page. Can someone help me how can I activate this Plugin for enabling integration in Flow Designer?

I am facing strange issue, i have activated all the pack in integrationhub in my pdi but still i dont see rest step ?
