Integration: Virtual Agent

Hi all,

We have Virtual Agent running in our ServiceNow instance. We need to integrate the Virtual Agent with SharePoint. To do so, I have to send the SharePoint admin our Virtual Bot endpoint. Where in ServiceNow, do I find the Virtual Agent endpoint? I checked in "System Web Services>Outbound>Rest Message. Where would I find the URL of our primary bot?

- First, you will have to install virtual agent ServiceNow Virtual Agent API on your instance and then you will see servicenow virtual agent API on your instance.

Hi there,

What is the reason you want to do an API call from Sharepoint to ServiceNow Virtual Agent? Not really understanding your question.

Or do you want the Virtual Agent embedded on Sharepoint? Or do you want to read historic chats or something?
