Hi Everyone,
I want to integrate ServiceNow with Microsoft teams to fulfill the following usecase : "whenever user posts a message in teams channel, an incident must be created in ServiceNow. and if someone replies to that message, it must be added to the worknotes/comments on same incident. additionally if someone comments/adds worknotes on incident, it must be posted to teams channel as a reply to the message which created an incident.
any detailed instructions/related content will be highly helpful.
