I am trying to activate genai itsm plugin in pdi.
somehow its not activated. Can anyone  please guide me here

NowAssist for ITSM and all other GenAI-related products are not available for PDIs. The required infrastructure is so expensive that ServiceNow cannot provide for free on PDIs.

It appears that the GEN AI ITSM plugin is not currently available for PDI (Personal Developer Instance). There is a possibility that ServiceNow may introduce this feature in the future, but as of now, it seems to be unavailable.

As an alternative, you can also try out Gen AI in a training instance within the Gen AI course available in Now Learning.

In summary, while the GEN AI ITSM plugin might not be available for PDI, there are options to explore Now Assist through a lab instance or participate in the Gen AI course available in Now Learning for hands-on experience.
