Hi Lavlesh,

Just as the previous comment stated, I believe within a form only two columns are allowed. I believe this is by intent due to a design best practice to limit a layout to 2 or 3 columns max.

You will have a bigger flexibility with service catalog and of course UI pages, UI macros and CMS pages.

This is not possible currently. However you can go ahead and raise a enhancement request on HI.

I was able to build out multiple columns in multiples of 2 for variables on catalog items.

Please review the screenshots below and let me know if you have any questions.
