Is it possible to make a form field mandatory based on true/false (checkbox) field update?

Hi All,

I am trying to find out if it is possible to make the "cmdb_ci" field not mandatory if a checkbox that I created on the form called "No Configuration Item" is ticked but keep it mandatory if it isn't?

I want this to happen on Problem record only, ideally in the Workspace view where I have added this checkbox.

Currently I have created the Checkbox on the form and created a Client script, I am sure I am either missing something straight forward or this cannot be done. Any advise would be appreciated, I have tried to look up other community posts and tried some of the "suggestions" but nothing seemed to work.

Hi Atul,

Thank you that has resolved my issue!

I haven't previously worked with UI Policies on forms before so didn't even think about using those!

Thank you,

Patryk
