When viewing a table with a list collector field, sometimes you want to be able to sort the table on that field, at least by using the "contains" keyword. Is this possible? The column is greyed out by default and when I try to use the funnel to add a "contains" sort, the string I enter (the name of one person in the list collector) disappears and the sort does nothing.
To be clear, this is what I mean by list collector in this case, as it appears in a form view.
Regards,
Kim

I know there are some fields that cannot be sorted or filtered on based on their type, but I can't find an example in my PDI - all of the columns in the search box of list fields that I have looked at are enabled for sorting. What is the list table and field of your example? It sounds like you are describing filtering not sorting as sorting is limited to A-Z or Z-A.

You are right, it is filtering I am referring to. The table is a custom table, I am realizing now that we do have another custom table where a similar list collector can be filtered. So maybe I simply need to investigate that table more closely!
