I have a custom scoped application where we have a created a knowledge base. We noticed in the Articles portal, the users can get access to see all the knowledge bases if they are Knowledge Managers of just our Knowledge Base.
Is there a way to hide the other knowledge bases so that on the portal our users can only see and access articles of the custom Knowledge Base that I created?

You can use User Criteria to show or hide knowledge bases, so knowledge can only be seen by the users you select. You can add you application users as user criteria to the 'not available for' of the other knowledge bases.
