Most of our clients communicate in Spanish; however, we currently have a client who must be served in English. Our service desk specialists do not fully master the English language, so every time they need to read or respond to a request in that language, they rely on an external translator. This can lead to errors in interpretation or responses.
We would like to know if there is any functionality in ServiceNow that allows integrated automatic translations. For example, something similar to what some social media platforms like Instagram offer, where a button or option is available below a comment in a different language to translate it automatically (see attached image).
We would greatly appreciate it if you could provide us with all possible options to help resolve this issue.
Thank you.

Dynamic Translations has this option: Product Documentation | ServiceNow
I used it in my previous organization to serve 8 different languages. It even has the option to auto-translate in chat. It does however require a Pro license if you need it integrated in the tool. Not sure if you can buy it as a seperate product. Talk to your Account manager 🙂
Alternatively you can use the spoke, but that also requires transactions for your integrationhub..
But yeah, Dynamic Translation is your answer 🙂
