No , currently Gen AI don't have any mainline exam. You can do only training with labs and that lab is available for 14 days.

From what I have gathered so far, there are not any mainline exams in the Generative AI space so far for Servicenow. I have found the few labs helpful on the now learning site as well as utilizing the resources below.
