Is there any Multi Select Field in Form

I want to create one State field and i need to select two or more option, How to achieve this other than List field..?

What I am aware List is the only option. Link Field types should help.

Actually im using List field type and im referring   user table, but only for user table the following email id field is display, at least i want to hide this field

You can right click the field configure dictionary& then look for Advanced view & then add/update attribute as no_email=true
