Issue with inactive fields showing up in filter

I have an instance that is for some reason showing inactive fields still in the filter list. Curious if anyone knows where this is being controlled from so we can fix it?

No i reproduced it in my helsinki dev instance. Seems to be still a thing and part of OOB code.

I just tested on my instance helsinki-03-16-2016__patch0-hotfix3-05-31-2016_06-06-2016_1539 and was not able to reproduce. It is fixed in Helsinki Patch 0
