Issue with inactive fields showing up in filter

I have an instance that is for some reason showing inactive fields still in the filter list. Curious if anyone knows where this is being controlled from so we can fix it?

Hmm, for some reason I can't open that, says record not found. I am a "Customer" in HI, do I need some additional roles to see this?

I don't think you will be able to access PRB. ctomasi..Can you please confirm?


I'm not sure of all the details of HI ACLs. I replaced the link with an image of the PRB number.
