Issue with Report Sorting Order in Scheduled Emails

Hi there,

 

I’ve encountered an issue with a report I created that’s scheduled to be sent via email. The report is sorted in ascending order by the "Created" field for CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) survey entries. While the scheduled email runs successfully, the sorting order appears to reset at the beginning of each month.

Each time this happens, I have to manually go back into the report and reapply the ascending sort by "Created." However, this change doesn’t persist and resets again the following month.

I’ve reviewed the settings in both the report and the scheduled email configuration, but I haven’t found an option to make the sorting order permanent.

Could you please assist with this? I’ve attached screenshots showing the correct sorting and how it appears when the issue occurs.
