Issue with translations in 'Short description' and 'Description' of Incident form.

When incident is raised through Inbound email action, the translate option in description and short description is not working as expected. It shows "This content is written in your preferred language. No need to translate."
Please help on this if anyone has faced and fixed similar kind of issues. I would truly appreciate the help.

Hi,
Could you please share the your prferred language set up in servienow, and from which language the inbound email is creating is incident, and in which language the description and short description are getting populated on incident form?

Hi @Peekaboo1,
navigate to incident form, click right mouse button on the field 1) Short Description and later on 2) Description > Configure Label and there you can create new (translated) Labels - never Save it, always create new (Insert!!!)

When it comes to Incident, don't forget it is extending the Task table, so you need to decide whether you want to do it for Task and all its child tables (REQ, RITM, CHG, PRB, ........) and or just and only for Incidents.

I need to translate the content inside short description and description, not the labels.
