Journey page shows "Sorry, either the data doesn't exist or you don't have access", but on sub-prod user is able to view fine.
Appreciate any comments / thoughts on this.

- Navigate to Journey Designer -> Journeys
- Check if the user is either Employee/Journey Owner/Mentors
- Only Employee/Mentors/Journey Owners have access to journeys

There is no record for this user over sub-prod, but still he can view it

do they have same roles in both instances?
