Journey page shows "Sorry, either the data doesn't exist or you don't have access" on SP

Journey page shows "Sorry, either the data doesn't exist or you don't have access", but on sub-prod user is able to view fine.

Appreciate any comments / thoughts on this.

  1. Navigate to Journey Designer -> Journeys
  2. Check if the user is either Employee/Journey Owner/Mentors
  3. Only Employee/Mentors/Journey Owners have access to journeys

There is no record for this user over sub-prod, but still he can view it

do they have same roles in both instances?
