hi team,

 

please refer the below screen shot even after having more than 5 categories in kb.....kb_view2 page is not showing me categories on portal page.....please tell me where am going wrong.

Hi

Maybe you do not have any KB Articles yet in these categories, and therefore the stay hidden.

If the number of articles is ZERO, it may not be relevant to show them.

 

Did you try to capture articles in those categories and try if the will apear afterwards in the Service Portal.

 

Just let me know, if that worked and mark as correct or helpful.

yes i checked all articles are in published state

 am facing the same issue again but this time my knowledge base has 5-6 categories with published article......can you please guide where am going wrong....bcoz i tried everything and i dont think its widget related issue.
