Knowledge approval / rejection email notifications

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to setup email notifications for knowledge article approvals or rejections. I've read several articles but I can't seem to get this to fire off an email.

I've setup a notification under System Notification > Email > Notifications with the following settings (Kingston) but it's not sending an email when I approve an article.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Trevor,

Please check in the "what it will contain" tab, do you have any empty template given or is the text configured(null text) within notification. Also, try using "request.approval.insert" in the Event name.

I've checked and can confirm there is no template selected. Also tried using "request.approval.insert" instead but no change.

Can you do a quick test. Remove source table condition then try again
