How do you handle yearly article review when Knowledge article authors move to new areas or leave the company?

Hi @SuzyH_ ,
Use Groups, Not Just Users:
Assign ownership of knowledge articles to a Knowledge Management group (e.g., “ITSM Knowledge Maintainers”) rather than a single author. That way, even if someone leaves, the group still retains responsibility.Designate Backup Owners:
For critical articles, include a secondary or backup owner in a custom field. This gives someone else clear authority to update or review if the primary owner is unavailable.
