Is there a way to determine how many (and what) Knowledge Articles (KB/DOW) a user downloads during a logged in session? For example, I log into the Customer Portal and download 5 KB articles. Then, log out and back in, then download another 5 KB articles. Is there a way to distinguish the 5 I downloaded for each logged in session? I see the Downloads Sessions table and can see that each KB that is downloaded, has its's own unique Session ID. But that's per KB downloaded, and not the logged in session.
